Our Services

Precision machining is our main service and we pride ourselves with state of the art CNC milling and turning equipment operated by well-trained and long-term employees. In addition, we also offer various specialty services in assembly, milling, tumbling, sawing, coatings, heat-treating, plating, and painting. Our fabrication weight capacity is approximately 5,000 pounds. We also assure modern inspection facilities, full documentation of all materials and services, and maintain customer records for five years or more.

Many of our customers require quality measures above and beyond the average job. Our quality department is accustomed to providing first article samples, 100% inspection, running SPC, secure packaging, material certifications, and plating specifications. Our experienced personnel are also very familiar with military, AMS, and ASTM specifications.

We have a total of 16, well-maintained CNC machining centers for our use. Our plant consists of a temperature-controlled main shop and 22,140 square feet of manufacturing space on 4 acres in Bristol, Virginia.
